Job summary

Sunrise Credit Union in Deloraine, MB is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive deposits and loans, and strengthen community partnerships. You will coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure security and policy compliance while delivering exceptional member service.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Strong experience in lending (commercial, ag, mortgage) and financial advisory services.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, paired with operational know-how.
• Knowledge of the financial industry, trends and the Credit Union Advantage.
• Completion of industry-related education (e.g., CUIC Studies) is preferred.
• Deep understanding of rural community dynamics and the value of community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of both the deposit and loan portfolios, including deposits, credit, commercial, agricultural lending, mortgages and investments.
• Conducts employee performance appraisals.
• Coaches and develops employee performance.
• Conducts staff meetings and oversees operational concerns.
• Maintains the Credit Union's image and profile in the community by supporting and attending community events.
• Initiates action to improve branch efficiency, maintains proper security procedures, and adheres to established credit union policies and procedures.

We are seeking a results-oriented and community-minded leader to oversee the operations of our Deloraine branch and activities within clearly defined policies and procedures. This is a key
