Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong lending experience (commercial, ag, mortgage) and financial advisory services.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities with operational know-how.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and Credit Union Advantage.
• CUIC Studies or related education preferred.
• Understanding rural community dynamics and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs daily activities of deposits and loans portfolios, including various lending and investment areas.
• Conducts employee performance appraisals.
• Coaches and develops staff.
• Oversees staff meetings and operational concerns.
• Maintains the Credit Union's image by supporting community events.

The Opportunity: Branch Manager Brandon, MB

We are seeking a results-oriented and community-minded leader to oversee the operations of our Brandon branch and activities within clearly defined policies and procedures. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to shape branch success and strengthen relationships in a vibrant, growing community.

What You Will Do

• Organizes and directs daily activities of both the deposit and loan portfolios, which may be comprised of deposits, credit, commercial, agricultural lending, mortgages and
• investments
• Conducts employee performance appraisals
• Coaches and develops employee performance
• Conducts staff meetings and oversees operational concerns
• Works to maintain the Credit Union's image and profile in the community by supporting and attending community events
• Initiates action to improve branch efficiency, maintains proper security procedures, and adheres to established credit union policies and procedures

We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for people and community. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A bachelor?s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• A proven track record of leadership
• Strong experience in lending (commercial, ag, mortgage) and financial advisory services
• Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, paired with operational know-how
• Knowledge of the financial industry, trends and the Credit Union Advantage
• Completion of industry-related education (e.g., CUIC Studies) is preferred
• A deep understanding of rural community dynamics and the value of community engagement
