Job summary

goeasy, a leading Canadian alternative lender, seeks a Branch Manager for Saint John, NB. You will create a vision, lead a small team, drive branch and portfolio goals, and deliver engaging in-person, phone, and email sales experiences.

You will plan schedules, oversee payroll, and mentor staff while ensuring accounts stay in good standing and applications are processed with meticulous attention to detail. This full-time role requires Canadian work eligibility; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

We are offering $48,204.00 - $56,547.00/year CADfor this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
