Job summary

goeasy’s easyfinancial brand is seeking a Branch Manager in Mission, BC to lead a sales-focused team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will set the branch vision, drive growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced consumer lending environment.

Key responsibilities include team development, scheduling, payroll, and maintaining portfolio health, while delivering exceptional service via in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing multiple functions, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
• Experience training and leading a small team.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and lead your team to hit branch and portfolio goals, cross-sell products.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, payroll and other admin tasks.
• Deliver superior customer experiences in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Understand customers' situations and match them to suitable financial products with empathy.
• Maintain the health of the branch portfolio and prevent delinquency.
• Secure all information to fulfill customer applications with attention to detail.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Buildsuperiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing customers from falling into a state of delinquency.
• Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

• Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $48,204.00 - $56,547.00 / year CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
