Job summary

easyfinancial, the consumer lending arm of goeasy, is seeking a Branch Manager in Campbell River. You will lead a team, set branch goals, and drive cross-sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train a small team. You will manage payroll, schedules, and customer portfolios, ensuring accounts stay in good standing and customers receive real solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple functions, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator focused on people and results.
• Experience training and managing a small team.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit branch and portfolio goals.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other admin duties.
• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for customers and match them to a suitable financial product.
• Manage the health of the branch portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing.
• Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications with strong attention to detail.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Buildsuperiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing customers from falling into a state of delinquency.
• Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

• Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $48,204.00 - $56,547.00 per year CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
