goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager for our easyhome division in Canada. You will lead a store team, drive branch and portfolio goals, plan schedules, manage payroll, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in person, over the phone, and by email.

• Manage collections activities for past due accounts and verify required information for applications.

A Day In The Life Of a Store Manager

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch and portfolio goals
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties
• Build superiorcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product
• Educate and empowercustomers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
• Capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products
• Building strategic and efficient ways to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Communicatethe terms and conditions of our financial products
• Review andevaluateprospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments
• Managecollectionsactivities for all past due financial accounts
• Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail

What We Are Looking For

• Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Experience in training and managing a small team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit)

We are offering $47,840.00 - $57,170.00/year CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
