They are searching for a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, business development, recruitment activities, client relationships, and financial performance. This role is ideal for a staffing industry professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of sales growth and operational success.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within the staffing industry.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing branch operations, budgets, and staff.
