Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager for Timmins and Hearst Construction & Forestry locations. You will lead daily branch operations, drive sales growth, manage assets, and develop staff to deliver long-term success for Brandt and its customers.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in heavy equipment, and 3-5 years in a management role, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment field
  • 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible management role
  • Proven product support background
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence
  • Relevant post-secondary education is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in the branch
  • Achieve asset management and market share goals
  • Manage and develop all employees in the branch for a motivated workforce
  • Provide feedback on future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Manage branch accounts receivable with Director of Credit Services
  • Other duties as assigned

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Timmins and Hearst Construction & Forestry locations.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
  • Achieve asset management and market share goals
  • Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services
  • Other duties as assigned
What We Look For
