Job summary

Rexel Canada operates through six banners, including Westburne, and seeks a Branch Manager in St. Catharines, ON. You will lead branch operations, sales, warehousing and budgeting, reporting to the District Manager while coaching staff and ensuring safety compliance.

You will be responsible for personnel hiring/training, achieving revenue targets, and delivering excellent customer service to grow market share in the Niagara region.

Job Description

As theBranch Managerbased inSt. Catherines, ON, you will effectively manage the operations of the branch which will include sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide direction, training and coaching to all branch staff.

In addition, your duties will also include:

• You will oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all personnel
• You will have P&L responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory
• You will consistently ensure a high level of customer service
• You will ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Additional Information

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 70000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
