Job summary

goeasy is seeking a Financial Service Representative to join easyfinancial, the consumer lending arm. You will greet customers in person, by phone, and via email, understanding their needs to match them with suitable financial products while building trust.

You will educate customers on credit goals, contribute to cross-sales, and handle collections for past-due accounts. A fast-paced environment emphasizes service, accuracy, and results.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment, comfortable with phone interactions.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by sales and fast-paced environments.
• Must pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit) and be eligible to work in Canada full-time.

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:

• Build strong relationshipby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Demonstratecompassionandempathyfor our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
• Educate and empowercustomers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
• Capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products.
• Managecollectionsactivities for all past due financial accounts.
• Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering a starting rate of $20.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
