Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of related work experience including 3 years’ work in a leadership role.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to run the branch per business plan.
• Evaluate and improve branch practices to meet timelines.
• Track financial and operational progress and report to regional manager.
• Develop and manage branch budget, including capital expenditures.
• Forecast budget monthly.
• Coordinate employee safety training.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing, reduce obsolescence.
• Perform related duties as required.
