Job summary

Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Moncton, NB office. You will lead daily office operations, drive sales performance, and mentor staff in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience, a Level 2 Insurance broker license, and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service while expanding client relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Insurance broker Level 2 license (or actively pursuing).
• Willingness to work toward CAIB and/or CIP certifications is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations and drive sales performance.
• Inspire, guide, and mentor team members to achieve client, company and team goals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding client experience.
