Conexus Credit Union in Saskatoon is seeking a Branch Manager for our 8th Street location. You will lead a team to deliver world-class member advice, drive sales, and ensure compliant financial service delivery aligned with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have prior people management experience, knowledge of personal and small business banking, and strong relationship-building and leadership skills to grow member relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience as a people manager.
• Experience in both personal and small business banking is an asset.
• Solid sales management experience and the ability to market Conexus in your community.
• Ability to build strong relationships focused on providing a great member experience and growing relationships with new and existing members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Conexus member-facing applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Developing, coaching, and empowering your branch to deliver world-class member advice and experiences.
• Provide your team with knowledge and skills to meet members’ needs and financial goals.
• Ensure your branch delivers compliant financial service solutions aligned with policies and legislation.
