Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Humboldt is seeking a Financial Services Supervisor to lead our Humboldt branch team. You will recruit, coach, and empower Financial Services Representatives who deliver world‑class member experiences.

The role supports cash management across Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth and Lanigan, with travel as needed. You will set performance standards, review goals, and help the team meet departmental budgets.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with customer service.
• Formal or informal leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex issues such as resolving member complaints or system errors.
• Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements.
• Comfortable establishing and evaluating performance standards and coaching others.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in our Humboldt branch. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world‑class experience to our valued members. You will perform cash management services for the Humboldt branch network (Humboldt, Wakaw, Cudworth & Lanigan). Some travel may be required.

• Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives
• Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
• Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
• Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets

Salary range

$57,388 - $71,730 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
