Job summary

goeasy Ltd in Canada is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Brantford branch. You will drive branch and portfolio goals, coordinate schedules, payroll, and admin duties while delivering outstanding customer experiences in person, over the phone, and via email.

You will train and manage a small team, employ CRM tools, and adapt quickly to new software. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or multiple functions in a sales environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and people skills; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit branch and portfolio goals.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other admin duties.
• Build superior customer experiences in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Demonstrate empathy and match customers to suitable financial products.
• Manage branch portfolio health and prevent delinquencies.
