Job summary

goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team within our easyfinancial operations in Canada. You will drive branch and portfolio goals while expanding cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll plan schedules, oversee payroll and admin, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in person, by phone, and by email. You’ll guide staff, ensure accounts stay in good standing, and manage risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role, preferably in sales.
• Excellent communicator who is people- and results-oriented.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create a vision and lead your team to hit branch and portfolio goals, with cross-sales focus.
• Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll and ad hoc admin duties.
• Deliver superior customer sales experiences in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Manage branch portfolio health and prevent delinquency, ensuring accounts stay in good standing.
