Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Ayr Brandt Peterbilt location is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch activities and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will show excellence in communication and interpersonal skills and lead a motivated team focused on long-term success for Brandt and its customers.

The role requires extensive experience in heavy equipment and proven management capabilities, with a commitment to achieving profitability and operational excellence at the Ayr location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the heavy equipment field.
• 3–5 years in a progressively responsible management role.
• Proven product support background and understanding of branch operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in the branch.
• Achieve asset management and market share goals.
• Manage and develop all branch employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services.
• Other duties as assigned.
