Beem Credit Union in British Columbia seeks a Branch Manager to lead the retail team, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will guide frontline staff toward lifecycle advice delivery, digital adoption, and strong member relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, capacity planning, and development of a high-performing, accountable culture in Beem’s Branch network.

Formación

• 7-9 years related experience in a supervisory role.
• Post-secondary business degree or diploma.
• Completion of Financial Planning I and CUIC 210 plus related courses.
• Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Translate enterprise goals into actionable branch strategies and performance plans.
• Direct sales, service, and digital engagement objectives at the branch.
• Oversee branch operations, risk controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and succession planning for branch staff.
• Foster a culture of feedback, coaching and development aligned with Beem values.
• Oversee audits, compliance reviews, and incident responses.
