Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an organized administrative professional to support branch operations in Downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. You will handle inquiries, maintain files, manage HR-related tasks, and assist with payroll documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Diploma in Business or Office Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Oracle knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support of assigned portfolio as directed.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to achieve operational objectives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and redirect to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Track, update, and process hours, payroll, and related documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage project files (opening, updating, closing, tracking).
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Generate and update relevant departmental reports.
  • Record HR activities and support safety initiatives; ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing (physical and digital).
  • Request and track TSSA inspections; provide paperwork for job starts and inspections.
  • Process elevator turnover information and communicate updates to service and maintenance teams.
  • Communicate with head office; perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide backup coverage to colleagues during absences and planned time off.

What do you bring
  • Diploma in Business or Office Administration or related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (related industry considered an asset)
