Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an organized administrative professional in Burnaby to manage contracts, records, and payroll for the branch. You will handle renewals, price changes, and communications with customers while maintaining accurate documentation across systems.

The role requires a Diploma in Business or Office Administration, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will support reporting, retention efforts, and internal process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Administers customer contracts and account records by processing new agreements, renewals, conversions, construction documentation, ownership and management changes, and warranty-related billing activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and/or redirect to the appropriate department
  • Coordinate and implement contract price increases by reviewing account data, preparing approval documentation, updating system records, and issuing customer communications
  • Performs administrative tasks, including those associated with the processing of weekly payroll for the entire branch, and assists with construction payroll, ensuring timesheets are accurate and payroll information is accurately documented within the database
  • Maintains accurate records and prepares weekly, monthly, and annual operational, financial, and management reports by updating FC and related tracking systems, reconciling data, and compiling required reporting metrics.
  • Supports account retention and lifecycle management by monitoring on-hold, pending cancellation, and expired accounts and coordinating updates with Account Representatives.
  • Maintains organized and compliant electronic filing systems by managing and archiving contracts, renewals, customer change notices, and construction documentation.
  • Support change initiatives including new system implementation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What we offer
  • Total compensation range: $50,000 to $60,000
