Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to meet monthly quotas by proactively securing contracts and preparing costed job proposals. You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and prepare booking packages.

The role involves site visits, client communications, and collaboration with service operations to improve KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to sell to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts and preparing proposals with cost estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of job proposals.
  • Prepare booking packages and contact customers to grow the base.
  • Visit job sites to assess scope and status; complete paperwork after completion.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints and coordinate collections if needed.
  • Attend meetings and trainings; produce regular reports and support service KPI improvements.
  • Collaborate with property managers to obtain maintenance agreements and renewals.

  • Responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective customers
  • Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms
  • Prepare booking packages
  • Contact existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base
  • Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job
  • Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed
  • Personally investigate complaints from customers
  • When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes and identify alternative options for payment
  • Attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
  • Meet and/or exceed assigned repair sales quota and service portfolio growth
  • Work with owners, property/facility management in obtaining maintenance agreement, renewal of agreements and recapturing non-OEM units
  • Coordinate with service operations to improve service KPIs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What do you bring
  • A minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred (business, marketing or related field considered an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with inherent ability to sell to customer needs
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to urgent matters
  • Proven ability to manage conflict, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Valid G class driver’s license
  • Working in office when not on site/client visits
  • Demonstrated ability to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas as needed based on operational needs
