Brief Description

The Opportunity

This role offers diverse responsibilities within an office setting, emphasizing professionalism and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Generate invoices and process payments
  • Respond to walk-in customers
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Process account adjustments
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Order office supplies
  • Input delivery tickets
  • Assist with monthly cycle counts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 2-3 years’ office-related experience
  • Knowledge of accounting processes
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-up
  • JD Edwards experience is an asset
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytical communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of lubricant products is an asset
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
