Job summary

Toromont Cat in Timmins is seeking a Branch Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors while supporting sales and management teams in the branch.

As part of a reputable equipment dealer and Caterpillar partner, you will handle administrative duties, payroll processing, accounts and office logistics, with opportunities across Eastern Canada and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum post-secondary education
• 2 years of experience in an administrative position

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
• Review accounts receivables and contact customers on past due accounts to collect payments and ensure bad debt is reduced
• Provide efficient, courteous and professional responses and distribution of calls for internal and external customers
• Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual or department
• Process weekly payroll, accounts payable and bank receipts
• Source and order office supplies and uniforms
• Maintain employee vacation records
• Coordinate flights, accommodations and event planning
• Maintain filling and provide other tasks as required
