Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of core business processes.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for BPR initiatives, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Map current vs. future state processes using standard techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and secure buy-in.
