Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead business process improvement initiatives from our Kimberley office. You will analyze current processes, map gaps, and drive change across client organizations to deliver measurable efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, and strong stakeholder facilitation. A hybrid work model combines on-site client engagement in Kimberley with remote collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on business process improvement, re-engineering, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with diverse client organizations and managing change effectively.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
• Experience in the Kimberley business environment is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the assessment and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop detailed project plans for process improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage change initiatives, ensuring buy-in and adoption from stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of implemented process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client personnel to implement recommended changes.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and client executives.
