Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards.
- Engage guests through storytelling, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
- Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and Botanist's award-winning cocktail program.
- Ensure the bar is set up, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to create a seamless guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the bar.
- Support ongoing innovation by sharing ideas and participating in menu development.
