Fairmont Pacific Rim seeks a professional Body Worker to deliver luxurious spa treatments designed to promote relaxation and guest wellbeing. You will create a tranquil experience, maintain high standards of service, and tailor sessions to individual guest needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous spa/hospitality experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of body treatments and wellness practices.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a calm, professional, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability to work at The Fairmont Stream Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.
• Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages and body treatments and tailor experiences to guests' needs.
• Drive toward Forbes 5-star rating through exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and neat work environment; keep equipment in safe working order.
• Consult with guests to understand preferences and recommend treatments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain availability and dedication to The Fairmont Stream Spa at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, being available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.
• Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages and body treatments while accommodating guest’s needs and creating individualized experiences
• Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times; ensure all equipment is in safe working order
• Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests throughout their spa journey
• Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest treatment records and notes
• Follow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
