Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume lounge or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails, wine, sake, and premium beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service aligned with luxury and MICHELIN Guide–recommended standards.
  • Create a welcoming guest experience by anticipating needs and building genuine connections.
  • Present and serve food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, wine, sake, and RawBar selections.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and storytelling around cocktails, menu items, and live entertainment.
  • Execute proper service standards, including order taking, table maintenance, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with bartenders, culinary teams, and hosts to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service environment.
  • Uphold responsible alcohol service, health and safety standards, and brand service rituals.
  • Support special events and high-volume service periods.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

  • Strong knowledge or interest in cocktails, wine, sake, and premium beverage service
  • A confident, professional, and guest‑focused approach to service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Serving It Right certification
