Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a similar role is required.
• CPB certification is an asset.
• Knowledge of Caseware / Caseview is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Entering monthly transactions for clients.
• Preparing payroll and reconciling accounts payable/receivable.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and government reporting.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper working out of any of our local offices - Sudbury, Timmins or North Bay. The successful candidate will provide bookkeeping services to our external clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering monthly transactions
• Reconciling accounts payable
• Reconciling accounts receivable
• Preparing payroll
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Preparing monthly financial reports
• Government Reporting
• Other duties and projects as required
  
  
  

A successful candidate will have:

• Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks and/or Sage
• Three or more years of experience in a similar role
• CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification would be an asset
• Knowledge of Caseware / Caseview would be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
