McGill University is seeking a part-time Booking Office Assistant in the Performance unit. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and route questions to the Booking Office Supervisor while entering data into databases and handling filing tasks.
You will prepare materials, draft emails from templates, and support band/choir clinic administration. A musical background and work-study eligibility are preferred, with attention to detail and teamwork valued.
