Retailors (Fox Group) is seeking a Back of House Lead to guide stockroom operations and inventory control at our Canada location. You will oversee receiving, replenishment, transfers, and the organization of the stockroom to support the sales floor.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail/stockroom operations with leadership experience. You will collaborate with store leadership, ensure accuracy and adherence to standards, and maintain a positive, results-driven team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, stockroom, inventory or operations experience.
• Previous leadership or key-holder role considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment and stockroom operations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coach and support team members.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and standards.
• Comfortable with the physical requirements of receiving, moving and organizing merchandise.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the business.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support Back of House operations with daily execution.
• Oversee product receiving, shipment processing, transfers and stockroom organization.
• Ensure products are accurately processed, stored and available to support sales floor needs.
• Maintain BOH standards; keep stockroom organized, safe and efficient.
• Lead and coach the team on BOH procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate shipment load-ins within required timelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure timely replenishment.
• Support inventory counts and transfers; participate in control processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Nike and Retailors standards and policies.
• Support loss prevention and proper product handling and security.
