Job summary

Mark’s in Canada is seeking a Back of House Lead to help customers and staff while ensuring accurate inventory tracking. You will price, replenish, and organize products in backrooms and on the floor, overseeing inbound/outbound movement and inventory accuracy.

You will lead part-time teammates, support eCommerce order fulfillment, and help maintain store standards and layout while upholding policies and guidelines. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of previous retail experience.
• Experience training and mentoring employees.
• Ability to build and manage a daily plan for the department and store.
• Physically able to lift/move heavy containers (up to 50lbs).
• Computer literacy is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Scan all incoming shipments and transfers, maintain shipping logs, and file paperwork per audit requirements.
• Lead part-time team members in task execution and store standards.
• Support in-store eCommerce order fulfillment and courier processing per policies.
• Complete transfers, consolidations and debits while maintaining inventory integrity.
• Assist with general store maintenance, replenishment, fixtures, floor layouts, seasonal changes, restocking and pricing changes.
