Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years stockroom and/or distribution center experience.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
• Must have a high sense of urgency; proactive and organized.
• Full-time availability – 8am starts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven experience supervising, training and developing team members.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the stockroom (BOH) with accurate labeling and orderly storage.
• Manage daily e-commerce fulfillment—picking, packing and shipping to customers.
• Communicate daily with customer service, support office leaders, and other stores via Slack or email.
• Decrease store shrinkage by investigating inventory discrepancies and solving issues.
• Oversee store supplies to ensure daily/weekly operation needs are met.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
