Dilawri Collison Centre Regina is seeking an experienced Body Shop Assistant Manager to support daily operations, drive productivity, and ensure top-notch customer service in a busy collision repair environment.

You will collaborate with technicians, estimators, parts and customers, monitor timelines, and help manage shop capacity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive body shop experience.
• Experience in a dealership body shop parts role is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures.
• Proven leadership, supervisory, or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily body shop operations and workflow.
• Support the Body Shop Manager in productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with technicians, estimators, parts personnel, and customers.
• Monitor repair timelines and ensure on-time delivery of vehicles.
• Oversee parts-related processes including ordering, tracking, and receiving.
• Provide regular status updates to customers during the repair process.
• Assist scheduling, work distribution, and shop capacity planning.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Support employee development, coaching and performance management.

Position Overview

Weare seeking an experienced Body Shop Assistant Manager to joinour team at Dilawri Collison Centre Regina. This position plays a key role insupporting the day-to-day operations of a busy collision repair facility,ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow management, andstrong collaboration between technicians, estimators, parts personnel, andcustomers. Automotive body shop experience and body shop parts knowledge wouldbe an asset to this role.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist inoverseeing daily body shop operations and workflow.
• Support theBody Shop Manager in achieving productivity, quality, and profitability goals.
• Workclosely with technicians, estimators, parts departments, and vendors.
• Monitorrepair timelines and ensure vehicles are delivered on schedule.
• Over seeparts-related processes including ordering, tracking, receiving, and accuracy
• Assistcustomers throughout the repair process and provide regular status updates.
• Help managescheduling, work distribution, and shop capacity.
• Ensure allrepairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.
• Maintain asafe and organized work environment.
• Supportemployee development, coaching, and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 3 years ofautomotive body shop experience.
• Experience in a dealership body shop parts roleis considered a strong asset. Strong knowledge of collision repair processesand procedures.
• Extensive knowledge ofbody shop parts, ordering procedures, and parts identification.
• Previous leadership,supervisory, or management experience is considered a strong asset.
• Proven ability to workeffectively with technicians, customers and vendors
• Excellentorganizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communicationand customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's licensewith a clean driving record.
