As a Board Director , you are a forward-thinking technology leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation. You have a proven track record as a CTO or similar executive in start-ups or scale-ups, especially within regulated sectors like fintech or Insurtech.

• Ability to translate technical insights into business value and advise on risk and compliance

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight : Contribute to long-term strategies, focusing on digital and innovation priorities; align technology vision with business goals.
• Technology & Digital Transformation : Guide enterprise digital initiatives, evaluate technology investments, and emerging tools.
• Governance & Fiduciary Responsibility : Uphold governance standards, provide independent insights at meetings.
• Performance & Risk Monitoring : Monitor organizational performance, assess risk management frameworks.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership : Advocate for innovation, keep the board informed on emerging tech and market shifts.
• Board Engagement : Participate in committees, foster collaborative board culture.
• Experience on a board or advisory council with fiduciary understanding
• Leadership experience as a CTO or similar in high-growth or regulated environments
• Deep knowledge of digital transformation, agile frameworks, and industry regulations
• Financial acumen, ability to interpret financial statements and assess ROI
