Qualifications

• Technical associate degree required.
• 6 years of experience in HVAC/Controls or Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls.
• Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong PC skills.
• Knowledge of control theory and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site projects: planning, execution, and closeout of control systems.
• Manage costs, billings, and cash flow; pursue change orders.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors; ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide site coordination for panel and device placement; document as-builts.
