Qualifications

• Experience leading construction, installation, or retail renovation projects.
• Experience supervising multi-trade teams (union and non-union).
• Ability to travel nationwide and work night shifts.
• Practical skills in fixture installation or retail setup.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient with digital reporting and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead renovation, installation, and retail refresh projects across Canada.
• Manage crews of 4–15 people, including unionized trades, merchandisers, and temporary labor.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and project timelines.
• Communicate professionally with store management, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, WHMIS, construction standards, and all building/fire codes.
• Participate directly in fixture installation, merchandising, teardown, and site preparation.
• Work safely at heights and follow all PPE protocols.
• Complete digital daily reports, schedules, photos, and documentation.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and professionalism.
• Adapt quickly to changing project scopes, timelines, and environments.
