Heavy Metal Equipment & Rentals Alberta is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project managers and field teams across Jasper and surrounding sites. You’ll help manage schedules, track progress, coordinate resources, document outcomes, and communicate updates to keep daily operations on time and within budget.

Camp accommodations, flights, and transportation are provided. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in project coordination or management, a construction or industrial

• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain all QA documentation.
• Track and log concrete testing, piling, and structural installations.
• Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure documentation compliance.
• Track materials and associated testing certificates.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports and meeting minutes.
• Set up permitting and create as-built manuals.
• Manage inspections, commissioning, and final sign-offs.

Project Coordinator project coordinators support project managers and teams with the administrative and logistical execution of daily operations. You’ll help manage schedules, track progress, coordinate resources, and communicate updates to keep projects running on time and within budget.

• Construction or industrial background preferred
• Post-secondary education in business, project management, or equivalent experience/certifications
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Excellent communication - verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Hiring Requirements

• Provide a Class 5 (Advanced) driver’s license and clean abstract
• Provide a criminal record check
• Complete drug & alcohol screening (must receive a negative result)
• Complete a fitness evaluation specific to the position
• Provide any current certifications (training can be provided if needed)
• Comply with federal, provincial, and site-specific safety regulations
