Job summary

Business Furnishings (Sask) Ltd. in Saskatoon is expanding into blinds and window coverings and seeks a motivated sales specialist to launch and grow this category.

You will work with the A&D community and clients to understand needs and present fitting solutions for workspace interiors. This full-time role offers a base salary of $48,000 plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and opportunities for growth within a design‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in blinds, window coverings, or interior design sales.
• Knowledge of shading systems and automation preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate the A&D community and GC's on product offerings and commercial/residential capabilities.
• Meet with clients to understand their window covering needs.
• Measure, specify, and quote blinds, shades, and automation systems.
• Present product and fabric options that enhance workspace design.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and installations with suppliers and installers.
• Build strong client relationships to drive sales and referrals.
• Work closely with our sales and design teams to offer full interior solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; quoting or design software is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
