Are you a registered Biomedical Engineering Technologist looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Biomedical Engineering department.
In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, the Biomedical Engineering Technologist provides services in the facility they work from and travels throughout Northern Health to provide a variety of technical functions related to the Biomedical Engineering Program. These functions include evaluating new equipment, ensuring the safety of medical equipment, repairing equipment, performing scheduled inspections and tests, maintaining related records, and providing clinical staff with educational support and technical information. They report to a lead technologist and work in collaboration with colleagues in Biomed and ITS to serve Northern Health staff (the end users).
