Job summary

AECOM is seeking a BIM Specialist to support digital project delivery across multidisciplinary teams. This role focuses on the technical systems, standards, and workflows that enable teams to work efficiently and consistently throughout the project lifecycle.

The BIM Specialist acts as a bridge between project teams and AECOM’s Digital/BIM leadership, helping implement established standards, improve workflows, maintain model health, and support the adoption of digital delivery practices across

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, building technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of BIM or digital delivery experience in a design/construction environment.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM environments.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, model coordination, and QA processes.
• Experience troubleshooting BIM-related issues and supporting project teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain BIM environments per AECOM standards, including templates and content libraries.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, guidance, and mentoring related to BIM models and workflows.
• Support model health through coordination, QA, auditing, and performance optimization.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and Digital/BIM leadership.
