The BIM Specialist leads the implementation and advancement of BIM environments, standards, and digital workflows across projects. This role focuses on technical ownership of delivery systems, ensuring consistency, performance, and alignment with regional and global digital practices. Acting as a senior technical resource, the BIM Specialist supports complex projects, mentors BIM staff, and drives continuous improvement within multidisciplinary digital delivery environments. This is a newly created position.
The BIM Specialist operates with a high level of independence and is expected to guide teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and contribute to evolving digital practices.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $85000 to $115000.
