MSL in Toronto is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the finance team. You will manage invoicing and accounts receivable across Canadian offices, collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager, and help prepare financial statements and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of invoicing, client billing, and receivables experience.
• Strong problem-solving and day-to-day decision-making ability.

• Confidentiality and sensitivity when handling financial information.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing and billing for the agencies and act as a financial liaison.
• Assist Senior Finance Manager with monthly client billings, AR, and budget trackers.
• Prepare financial reports for income statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Support quarterly balance sheet reviews and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and pre-bills for clients; resolve billing issues.
