NeuraFlash is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of hands-on billing experience, preferably in a professional services environment using the NetSuite system. A background in bookkeeping is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure billing aligns with project contracts, purchase orders, and service delivery milestones

Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries

Assist in month-end closing activities related to revenue and billing

Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing transactions

Collaborate with project managers and the finance team to streamline billing processes

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Professional Services billing experience is required

Bookkeeping experience is required

NetSuite billing experience for Professional Services is required

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
