The Billing Analyst is a full-time role based in the office in Scarborough, ON.

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for:

• Comparing actuals to budget and forecasted costs, updating monthly and quarterly job reports, reviewing, and assisting with reconciling purchase orders.
• Assisting with monthly job forecast updates and inputting productivity updates as required.
• Coding and reconciling payments to JD Edwards.
• Ensuring accurate invoicing of customers and following up on client approval.
• Preparing documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements: Post-secondary education in accounting is preferred.

Work Experience Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in billing-related duties within an accounting team.

Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:

• Basic understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• JD Edwards experience is an asset.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
