What is the opportunity?

MDBilling.ca - a Dr. Bill product, is a growing healthcare technology company providing fast, accurate, and reliable medical billing software and services for Ontario physicians. Since 2009, our platform maximizes revenue for physicians while saving them time. We are committed to integrity, professionalism, and a flexible work environment. This full-time, permanent position offers a remote working environment and involves working with our Ontario Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service and grow our brand of excellence.

What Will You Do?
  • Maintain accurate customer account records
  • Process medical claims
  • Reconcile monthly remittance advice
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively
  • Respond to billing questions
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
What do you need to succeed? Must have;
  • 4+ years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong general computer knowledge
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Outstanding personal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Nice to Have
  • OHIP Billing work experience (a huge plus)
  • Completion of certified courses in Medical Billing or equivalent
