Upper Canada Forest Products is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the Eastern Ottawa to Montreal region. This full-time role involves direct customer engagement, account management, and driving sales targets from the sales desk.

Training and product knowledge exposure will help you deliver tailored solutions to both new and existing clients. You will use CRM tools and collaborate with warehouse teams to maximize operational efficiency, while building relationships and presenting effective

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English and French).
• Industry experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Proven sales and customer service ability.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new opportunities within the territory and generate leads.
• Build relationships with existing and new accounts, providing tailored solutions.
• Use training to become a product expert and assess customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and profitable results.
• Promote the organization across the territory.
• Stay current on products, trends, events, and competitors.
• Deliver presentations to prospective clients about products and services.
• Visit customers to assess needs and recommend products or services.
• Maintain accurate records and enter data into Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
