Job summary

Upper Canada Forest Products is seeking a Sales Representative to cover the territory from Eastern Ottawa to Montreal. You will work with existing and new accounts to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets while ensuring reliable service at the sales desk.

You will be bilingual (English & French), receive hands-on training, and collaborate closely with warehouse teams. The role emphasizes customer experience, product knowledge, and Salesforce record-keeping.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and French required or preferred.
Post-secondary education is preferred.
Results- and action-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Research and develop new opportunities within the assigned territory and generate leads for business expansion.
Build relationships with existing and new accounts, providing tailored solutions.
Use training to become a product expert and assess customer needs to present effective solutions.
Achieve sales targets and profitable results.
Visit customers to assess needs and recommend products or services.
Maintain accurate records and enter required data into Salesforce (call reports, call plans, quotes).
