Role: Bilingual Technical Support Analyst
Location: Markham, ON or Montreal, QC

About the Role:

User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

About You:

Education and Experience

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Related experience and training
  • University Degree in relevant field
  • Windows administration and deployment
  • Experience with Cisco (nice to have)
  • French and English oral and written communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Planning, organizing and attention to detail
