Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Technical Support Analyst, Point of Sale (POS) on a temporary basis (up to 18 months) on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere across Western Canada.
Are you someone with strong communication and training skills? If you can work independently but also collaborate with a team, we are looking for someone to support our Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) with the Mi9 Point of Sale platform as we strive for continuous improvement and innovative measures to help build Western Canada.

You will work closely with the Mi9 support team to provide support on the Mi9 platform and will report into the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement. This team strives to cultivate a culture of customer focus, professionalism, continuous improvement and collaboration.
